Returns and withdrawal

Your right to withdraw (14 days)

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract (right of withdrawal, derecho de desistimiento) within 14 calendar days (días naturales), without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which you, or the person you indicate, receive the order. If the order arrives in separate deliveries, it counts from delivery of the last one.

How to withdraw

1. Use the withdrawal form on this website, or write to us on WhatsApp at +34 665 74 74 63 or through the contact form.
2. State your name, your order number and which products you are returning.
3. You will receive our confirmation and the instructions for returning the order, including the return address.

You can use this model. You fill in the text in square brackets:

For the attention of THE COFFEE PROJECT OF 69 SL, Avenida Virgen del Carmen, 2, 3.º A, 03188 Torrevieja (La Mata), Alicante, España:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following product: [product and quantity].

Ordered on [date] / received on [date].

Name of the consumer: [name]. Address of the consumer: [address].

Returning the products

• Return the products without undue delay and, at the latest, within 14 calendar days of telling us that you are withdrawing.
• You pay the cost of returning them, unless the product was faulty or was not the one you ordered.
• Return them in their original pack, properly closed.
• You are liable for any loss in value of the product if you handle it more than necessary to check what it is like.

Refund

• We refund everything you have paid, including standard shipping, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from when you tell us your decision.
• We may wait until we receive the products, or until you show us that you have sent them, before refunding the money.
• We refund the money using the same payment method you used. It costs you nothing.
• If you chose a more expensive shipping option than standard, the difference is not refunded.

When you cannot withdraw

The law does not allow withdrawal in some cases. In our shop, the most likely case is that of sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons when you open them after delivery. That is why, if you open the coffee bag, we can no longer accept the return. As long as the pack stays closed, you can withdraw.

This does not affect your rights if the coffee arrives damaged or is not in conformity (no conforme).

Damaged or wrong product

• Write to us as soon as possible with photos of the product and the packaging.
• We offer you a replacement or a refund, as appropriate. You do not pay for the return shipping.
