Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

• For now we ship to mainland Spain (España peninsular).
• The shop does not accept orders for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. If you live there, write to us on WhatsApp at +34 665 74 74 63. We will tell you whether we can send you the order and how much it would cost, which depends on the weight. It is only sent if you accept that cost before paying.

Prices include VAT. You will see the exact cost in the cart and on the payment page, before you pay.

When we ship

• We prepare and ship your order within 24 to 48 working hours of the payment being confirmed.
• The delivery time depends on the transport company and your area. Unless we have told you a different date, delivery takes place within 30 days of your order at the latest.

Check your address

• Check the address and phone number before paying.
• If you make a mistake, write to us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. If the order has not left yet, we correct it.

When you receive the order

• Look at the packaging. If it is torn or wet, take photos.
• If something arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible with the photos. We resolve it in accordance with the law (see Customer service).
• The best-before date and the lot are on the pack.
